  • Bestmed (in & out of hospital)

  • Bonitas (in & out of hospital) excluding: BonComprehensive, BonCap and BonStart

  • Fedhealth (in & out of hospital)

  • GEMS (in & out of hospital)

  • Keyhealth (in & out of hospital)

  • Medihelp (in & out of hospital)

  • Polmed (in & out of hospital)

Some plan options require a Specialist Referral Number to see a specialist. Please consult your GP in this regard.

Medical aid is an agreement between a patient and a medical scheme. In the absence of a payment arrangement, and if uninsured or underinsured or if funds are exhausted, the patient is liable for the full cost of services obtained at the practice.

 

The scheme rate of 100% is merely 100% of what the scheme is willing to cover. It has no relationship with the costs of running a practice. This practice is not able to offer services at 100% scheme rates.
